Refunds for Prepaid and Group Packages

The group lesson package is non-refundable once purchased. However:

If you withdraw from the program before attending any lessons, you may be eligible for a partial refund (less administrative fees) or transfer of unused credits to another participant.

Unused credits expire at the end of the program semester and cannot be carried over to subsequent semesters.

Planned Absences: Participants who provide prior notice may qualify for a makeup session or receive a summary of the missed material to practice independently.

Unnotified Absences: No credits or makeup sessions will be provided for unnotified absences.

Emergency Cancellations

In case of a medical emergency or other unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and provide accommodations where feasible, such as credit for canceled or missed lessons.

By enrolling in our after-school golf group lessons, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this cancellation policy.

For questions or scheduling changes, please contact chat@ivygolfschool.com

Force Majeure

In the event of lesson cancellations due to circumstances beyond either party’s control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, or government restrictions), neither party will be held liable.
